International Chamber of Arts (ICA)

The International Chamber of Arts (ICA) brings together global leaders from across the arts value chain through specialised Sub-Committees. These Sub-Committees function as professional chambers and strategic platforms dedicated to strengthening the Arts Economy as a vital pillar of sustainable development under the framework of the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI).

Recognising the arts as a powerful driver of economic value, employment, innovation, and cultural capital, the Chamber advances structured dialogue, ethical governance, investment readiness, and cross-sector collaboration to support creative industries, cultural institutions, and artists worldwide. Through these efforts, the Chamber contributes to inclusive growth, cultural diplomacy, and long-term socio-economic resilience in alignment with G20 financial inclusion objectives, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and broader global development priorities.

Members of the Chamber become part of a distinguished international network and may also have opportunities to contribute to the Chamber's leadership, serve on the Chamber Board, lead specialised Sub-Committees, and benefit from the WBAF accreditation framework.

We are pleased to invite you to join this global initiative and contribute to advancing a more sustainable and inclusive economy through the empowerment of the arts and creative industries worldwide.

Kind regards,

We welcome any questions you may have,

Christina Mc Gimpsey
